Robyn Grable served nine years with the US Navy. Deployed to Keflavik, Iceland, Robyn received a Meritorious Unit Commendation and while serving in CINCPACFLT/DPSCPAC Pearl Harbor, she earned the Navy Achievement Medal and was awarded the Navy League Award for dedication to her profession and civilian community service. After leaving the Navy, Robyn spent many years in service roles. Through her fifteen years with ADP, as a Relationship Manager for Fortune 50 companies, Robyn crafted her HR expertise. She completed her Masters in Psychology specializing in Leadership Coaching and referencing her own military experience, Robyn’s capstone project emphasized coaching military veterans during their transition back to the civilian workforce.
Robyn is the CEO/Owner of Service to Civilian, Inc. a veteran employment advocacy firm, the co-founder of sbHR, a small business HR consulting firm and the creator of VeteransASCEND, an online program that matches veterans with employers based on skills. Robyn has over twenty-five years of human resources expertise which includes human capital planning, recruitment, process and procedure evaluation and improvement, government compliance, strategic alignment and relationship management. A member of SHRM, a member of the Greenville SHRM and former member of the GSHRM Workforce Readiness Council, Robyn is dedicated to improving the way companies recruit and retain great people.
