Michiko Clark is an Associate Human Resources Consultant with Berkshire Associates. With over six years in the industry, Michiko has a diverse background in helping organizations maintain and reach their organizational goals.
In her time with Berkshire, Michiko has gained in-depth knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations and aids clients with the design, development, and implementation of their affirmative action programs. She also provides clients with audit support, training, outreach, and government regulation assistance. Michiko is passionate about helping clients get their affirmative action programs running in their organizations and keeping clients abreast of new changes and additions to regulations.
Before starting her career with Berkshire in 2016, Michiko worked as a Physician and Mid-Level Provider recruiter, as well as managing the training sessions for a local urgent care facility. Michiko’s educational background consists of a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Spanish from Towson University and a Master’s of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from Bowie State University. /br>
