Chris Atkinson received both his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University. He was also a psychology statistics instructor during his time as a graduate student. Chris has experience in implementing organization-wide pre-employment assessment programs and educating management in the science of employment selection. He also has direct experience working with hiring managers as a recruitment analyst in a government agency. Chris most recently worked as a Consultant at Biddle Consulting Group where he worked with various Fortune 500 and smaller organizations in the areas of job analysis, employment test development, test validation, and test-related statistical analyses.
