For more than 20 years, Brian Bulger has advised and represented employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including individual and class discrimination litigation, union avoidance, collective bargaining, wrongful termination litigation, and general employment advice, training and counseling.Recently, Brian appeared before the Supreme Court as amicus counsel for the Illinois State Chamber in Oubre v. Entergy Operations, Inc. He presented the American Hospital Association's challenge to hospital bargaining unit rules promulgated by the National Labor Relations Board. He also was counsel to Quasar Corporation in Fortino v. Quasar Corp., successfully defending charges of discrimination against American employees and of age discrimination.Brian was selected as one of the Best Lawyers by U.S. News & World Report's inaugural survey of Best Law Firms in 2010.
